Who I am
Didarul Islam, trading as Create and Rank ("I", "me"), provides website development and SEO services. Contact: didar@createandrank.com.
What I collect
Information you submit in forms: name, business name, email, phone, website, service area, industry and your message.
Booking details when you schedule a call, and technical data such as pages visited and referral source (only with your consent for analytics).
Why I use it
To prepare your Teardown, reply to you, schedule calls, provide services you request, and understand which pages help visitors.
Legal bases (UK/EU): your consent, steps before entering a contract, and legitimate interests in responding to enquiries.
Who I share it with
Service providers that help run this site and business: hosting, email, CRM, scheduling (Calendly) and analytics. Each processes data under its own data processing terms. I never sell your data.
International transfers
Providers may process data in other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long I keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless you become a client, in which case records are kept as required for accounting and legal purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (UK GDPR, EU GDPR, Canada’s PIPEDA, Australia’s Privacy Act, US state privacy laws), you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and withdraw consent. Email me to make a request. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
