The problem

Why HVAC contractors struggle on Google

Shared leads, shrinking margins

Lead marketplaces send the same homeowner to several contractors. Your own Map pack ranking sends the call to you.

Ranked near the shop, invisible elsewhere

Many HVAC companies only rank close to their address. Service-area pages and a strong profile extend your reach.

Rushes and slow seasons

Heat waves and cold snaps bring emergency searches. Ranking takes time, so you need to start before the season.

Replacement jobs go to competitors

System replacements are your highest-value jobs. They need their own pages, financing information and trust signals.

The plan

My plan for HVAC companies

Five steps, in the order that brings in more jobs fastest.

  1. Step 1

Map your service area and jobs

We prioritize the cities and job types (repair, replacement, maintenance plans, heat pumps) that matter most to your revenue.

  2. Step 2

    Optimize your Google Business Profile

Service-area setup, categories, services, photos and a review system your techs can use on every job.

  3. Step 3

    Build service and city pages

AC repair, furnace installation, heat pumps and emergency service pages for each key area.

  4. Step 4

    Make calls effortless

Click-to-call, emergency banners, online booking and financing details where they matter.

  5. Step 5

    Track booked jobs

Calls and form leads by source, so you can see what the season brought in.

Real results from real clients

My clearest results so far are with mortgage professionals: 12 of my 23 mortgage clients rank #1 in Google Maps for their main keyword in their own city, and all 23 are in the top 10. It’s the same Google Business Profile and local SEO system I’ll use to bring you more jobs.

Advertising rules for HVAC companies

Many states, provinces and countries require contractor licence or registration numbers on advertising, and some trades (for example, gas work in the UK under Gas Safe) have their own display rules. I build space for licence details and trade memberships into every page.

Your platform

I work on the platform you already use. I only recommend a rebuild or a move if your current site is costing you leads, and I protect your rankings if we do.

FAQ

Questions HVAC companies ask me

I'm a service-area business with no storefront. Can I rank in the Map pack?

Yes. Service-area businesses can rank when the profile is set up correctly, and I'll make sure yours follows Google's guidelines.

When should I start before the season?

Ideally 3–4 months ahead. Profile improvements work quickly, but service-area pages and reviews need time to build.

Can you help us get more reviews?

Yes. I set up a simple review request process, like a text or QR code after each job, that your techs can actually use.

Do you work with other trades too?

Yes: roofing, plumbing, restoration and remodeling follow similar plans. I take one company per trade per service area.

Do I need a new website?

Not necessarily. I'll review your current site and recommend fixing it, adding pages, or rebuilding only if it pays off.

Is your area still open for HVAC companies?

I work with just one business like yours in each service area. Get a free Teardown: a 10-minute video comparing you with your top 3 local competitors.
